Welcome to VCSD Online Pre-Registration
To register a new student, please complete the online pre-registration form by clicking the continue button to the left. Once your form has been received, you will be emailed the registration paperwork to print at home. Please be sure to add my email address to your contacts, to prevent future emails from going to your spam folder. If you do not have a printer, please indicate this in the area provided on the final screen of the online form. This area is also where you can alert me if your child is classified with an IEP, or if you have any other information you think we should know about your child. The following documents will need to be scanned and emailed to me, or dropped off with your completed registration packets: - Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Address
- Parent/Guardian Photo ID
- Custody Papers (if applicable)
- IEP/HS Transcript/Student Records
Please follow these instructions when completing the online pre-registration form: Do not complete an online pre-registration form unless you are already living in the Valley Central School District and have current proof of address. Do not provide the student’s email address and cell phone number. Do not use all caps. Only use full names. Do not use any abbreviations or nicknames. Only add an address for the parents/legal guardians. Please do not enter an address for an emergency contact unless he/she resides in the Valley Central School District or in the same household as you. For emergency contacts that live outside of the District, only enter a complete name and phone number. Do not use abbreviations when entering an address and be sure to include apartment numbers.
